Who Are We?
The STEM Ecosystem is a collaborative network connecting education, business, and community partners, focused on building robust STEM learning pathways and workforce development throughout the state.
Shared Vision
Each region in Virginia identifies specific STEM priorities that align with local workforce demands, leveraging community assets to foster collaboration rather than competition or duplication in initiatives.
Shared Responsibility
Provides centralized leadership, daily management, communication, and coordination among stakeholders. Also distribute funds, and gather data to ensure accountability.
Shared Results
This work includes the development of a coordinated STEM infrastructure , expanded educator professional learning, and the use of regional expertise to provide opportunities.
